Mobile app idea for Road Accident

Whenever there is an accident on road, I see a person getting out of car and using abusive word with the other person based on:
- Financial status of other person
- Other person’s vehicle brand
- Gender of other person
- Strength of other person
- How many other people are traveling with other people in fight, their age and strengths
- Type of clothes other person is wearing
I am planning to create an App which will suggest you abusive word to use based on above criteria. And if the other person is below poverty line like Rickshaw or Auto driver, it will even suggest you how safe it is to be physically violent.
